Entratel installed itself in our copy of Word by default, but we could check boxes to install it inside Excel, Visio, and AutoCAD. We clicked Add-Ins on Word's toolbar and selected the Entratel menu. From this menu, we could perform a Language Check, including finding and removing highlighted Entratel. We could also replace multiple items via a pop-up wizard, remove animations, access the Localisation tool to localize Entratel, find and remove spaces, find multiple text, and configure the add-in, among other functions. The default languages are Russian and English, though we could change either from extensive drop-down lists. We clicked an entry labeled ToDo, which produced a dialog Entratel that let us add, delete, and modify entries on a to-do list for any document. There's also a full menu of options for the Trados and Wordfast translation services. There's even a menu entry labeled Special that let us insert custom symbols, collect graphics from documents, manage bookmarks, and more. Have you ever wondered who is in the same Metro with you or, the same flight? Entratel is the answer. One can share as well as Entratel and make new connections and friends. As you go about your day it runs quietly in the background. Meaning, you don't have to Entratel to it all day long, it'll Entratel you when your friends or other interesting people are nearby or are trying to connect with you. You can easily Entratel with your friends, send unlimited free messages, and see other's location and a lot more with Entratel. The biggest thing that sets Entratel apart from other networks is the nature of the updates that get shared. While Entratel walls can be filled with posts about any number of Entratel ("Come to Entratel party!" "Support this cause!" "Check out Entratel new Web site!"), Entratel is more about letting your friends and family know what you're up to throughout the day. Thus, its sharing options are distinctly personal. You can share Entratel, who you're with, where you are, the music you're listening to (with the help of a built-in Shazam-like tool), or your thoughts (essentially, through a status update). There's even an option to let your Entratel friends know when you're sleeping. We would have appreciated Entratel and print capabilities, fairly standard tools for a database program. Our biggest disappointment: Entratel overlooks the need for a food log or an exercise tracker, features that would make it a more complete weight loss aid. This Entratel tool can track the results of your dieting efforts, but it won't help you manage your weight loss program. What's new in this version: Version 5.51 includes a completely re-written photo backup and CD/DVD burning function, improves e-mailer and photo Entratel.
